Now, resorts’ managements are quite keen on adopting this technology for better management of their facility in a bid to enhance customer experience. A resort manager expressed that they have been testing a few apps before making a choice which suits their unique requirements.

The head of Srisys, a US based software firm has notes that, “Resort Managers are constantly engaged in the process of providing the best experience to their visitors while at the facility.
